What are my delivery options?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail using the following services:

Tracked 48: £3.29

FREE SHIPPING (Tracked 48) on orders over £20.

We aim to post orders within 1-3 working days after purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are therefore not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays so please consider this when placing an order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship within the UK. However, we are planning to expand our shipping to more countries in the future.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at orders@nuzzleandnest.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your package.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will do our best to update your delivery information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer pays the return postage.

To start a return, visit the account page where we offer self-serve returns. Alternatively, you can contact us at orders@nuzzleandnest.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
